By accessing and using TrirachAI's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

TrirachAI provides AI consulting services including:

• AI Strategy Development
• Custom AI Agent Development
• Generative AI & LLM Solutions
• Data Analytics Solutions
• Process Automation Implementation
• MLOps & Managed AI

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Timely payment of agreed fees
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Proper use of delivered AI solutions
• Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information

All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to software, methodologies, and documentation, remain the property of TrirachAI unless otherwise agreed in writing.

TrirachAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.
